To inform, persuade and entertain are the three purposes behind any writing you will do in your career. Today, the class will take a closer look at critique writing and its purpose.<br /><br />First, you must each read these five different critiques: <a href="http://www.fandango.com/watchmen_110329/criticreviews?review_source=LosAngelesTimes">Watchmen</a>, <a href="http://www.fandango.com/slumdogmillionaire_115687/criticreviews?wssac=131&amp;wssaffid=11828_MoviesDotCom">Slumdog Millionaire</a>, <a href="http://www.fandango.com/paulblart:mallcop_114252/criticreviews?wssac=131&amp;wssaffid=11828_MoviesDotCom">Paul Blart: Mall Cop</a>, <a href="http://www.fandango.com/thelasthouseontheleft_122065/criticreviews?wssac=131&amp;wssaffid=11828_MoviesDotCom">The Last House on the Left</a>, and <a href="http://www.fandango.com/firedup_119402/criticreviews?wssac=131&amp;wssaffid=11828_MoviesDotCom">Fired UP</a>.
